To turn this vision into reality, we are looking for a structured and strong communicator to join us as a Project Manager (m/f/d), acting as the link between our customers, the market, and our development team.
Your Mission
You will take responsibility for the successful further development and implementation of our software solution. You are the driving force behind the “2026” project.
Project Management: You plan and manage software projects from requirements analysis to successful go-live, always keeping time, budget, and quality in mind.
Roadmap Development: Together with product management and engineering, you define milestones for the 2026 release and prioritize features (e.g., AI matching, multiposting interfaces, workflow automation).
Cross-Functional Communication: You translate customer requirements into technical specifications (user stories) for our development team and explain complex technical concepts to customers in an understandable way.
Quality Assurance: You oversee testing phases and ensure that new releases meet our high usability standards.
Stakeholder Management: You proactively keep all stakeholders (internal and external) informed and facilitate workshops or sprint reviews.
What You Bring
We’re not looking for administrators—we’re looking for creators.
Experience: Several years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally in the environment of SaaS solutions or web applications.
Methodological Skills: You are well-versed in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) as well as classical project management and know when to apply which approach.
HR Affinity: Ideally, you have experience with HR processes or recruiting software—or a strong willingness to dive into this domain.
Technical Understanding: You don’t need to code, but you understand database structures, APIs, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Mindset: You work solution-oriented, stay organized, and keep a cool head even in challenging phases.
Language Skills: You speak and write German fluently at a professional level; English is good to very good.
